Refund and Returns Policy
At Signature Sense, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
 
1. Physical Products (Mugs)
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
  • To request a return, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos showing the issue.
  • Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to damage or defects will be covered by Signature Sense.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Digital Products
  • Due to the instant delivery and nature of digital products (coloring books, planners, etc.), all sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital downloads.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us for assistance.
3. Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
