About Artie™
Artie™ is an original character conceived, created and owned by Adeel Ahmed, Founder & CEO of Signature Sense, Islamabad, Pakistan. Artie™ has been the flagship mascot of Signature Sense since September 2025 and represents Pakistan's first exclusive character-led digital kids brand
Ownership Statement
Artie™ - including his name, visual identity, personality and all associated digital products - is the exclusive original work of Signature Sense.
- ™ trademark symbol is actively in use since September 2025
- Original creation files with verified creation dates are maintained
- Business registered with FBR Pakistan
- All Artie™ products are original works created under the sole direction of Signature Sense
What is Protected
The following are original works of Signature Sense:
- Artie™ character - name, visual identity, personality and design
- All Artie™ digital products including coloring books, activity books, dua cards, story books and bundles
- Signature Sense brand name, logo and visual identity
- All product artwork, illustrations and written content
Personal Use License
When you purchase any Artie™ digital product from Signature Sense you receive a Personal Use License which permits the following:
You are allowed to:
- Download and save your purchased file
- Print unlimited times for personal or household use
- Use digitally on tablet, phone or computer
- Use for your own children and family members within one household
You are not allowed to:
- Resell or redistribute any Artie™ digital product
- Share purchased files outside your household
- Use any Artie™ product for commercial purposes
- Reproduce, copy or modify the Artie™ character or any product content
- Use any Artie™ content for AI training datasets
- Claim ownership of any Artie™ character or product
Schools & Organisations
If you are a school, madrassa, learning centre or organisation interested in using Artie™ products please contact us directly for institutional licensing options.
