1. Physical Products (Mugs)
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos showing the issue to request a return.
  • Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
  • We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.
2. Digital Products
  • Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products (coloring books, planners, etc.), all sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital downloads.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us for assistance.
3. Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding your refund status.
4. Damages and Issues
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
