Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos showing the issue to request a return.
Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.
2. Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products (coloring books, planners, etc.), all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital downloads.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
