- Mugs are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Digital products are available for immediate download once payment is complete.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days.
- Other cities and remote areas: 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our website for updates.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your mug order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- Digital products do not require shipping or tracking.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship physical products only within Pakistan.
- Digital products are available for purchase and download worldwide.
